After being required to prepare to deploy overseas at short notice, finding a property manager who we could trust to look after our family’s home was an important decision – and one we had to make quickly. CASS Property were recommended to us by a friend, and after meeting with them, we were immediately put at ease and knew that they were the right agency to put our trust in. As first time landlords, leasing a property was a new experience, but everything was explained to us, the quoted fees/costs seemed very reasonable, and we felt assured that CASS would get us the best possible return while making sure that the condition of the property would be well-monitored (and therefore maintained).

Living overseas, we’re a long way away from our biggest asset (and the home we hope to return to live in in a few years), but having now seen the effort and detail that Sammie puts into her inspections and condition reports and the timely communication/feedback she provides on any issues that arise with our property/the tenancy, we have been left in no doubt that ‘our home’ is in good hands. Sammie is always professional and friendly in her communication, she responds very quickly to any issues that arise, and goes above and beyond what I expected a Property Manager would do on our behalf.

Phew! After going through many property managers that ended up costing me money through mistakes, Sammie at Cass Property is a breath of fresh air! Proactive, organised, understands the needs of tenants and landlords as well as the legal side of who is responsible for what.
